We want to inform you that on the 7th of Oct (Saturday) at 04:00 am UTC, we will carry out scheduled maintenance for approximately 30 minutes on our payment and subscriptions services in the US, South America and Asia data centres.

During this maintenance window, the Quantive Results platform will be accessible for created accounts. But the following feature will be affected and will have downtime:
* Account registration (Regardless of the plan)
* User invite/creation
* Upgrade/Downgrade plan
* Any operations with subscriptions

We will continue monitoring email, chat and support portal channel even through the maintenance window.
